George Heriot’s is a large private school situated in the centre of Edinburgh close to The Meadows and Edinburgh Castle. The nursery has excellent facilities and is supported by being part of the school family. The quality of care and education are both excellent, with a strong element of rigour in every curricular area. Operating a key worker system, each group of eight children is assigned a member of staff who caters for their holistic development. The school ethos is based on building a happy, safe and relaxed atmosphere whilst maintaining a well-disciplined environment within which children thrive. A visit to see what this nursery and school have on offer is highly recommended.
